Description:xEKG is an application that monitors and tracks the heartbeats of xAP and xPL devices. If a monitored device has not reported back in over 10 minutes, an osd.basic message is sent with the timed out source's name.
Usage:Requires installation of xAP Intranet OCX 1.4.  For simplicity, I've included this file in the zip.  Copy xAPIntranet.ocx to c:\windows\system32, open a command prompt and type "regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\xapintranet.ocx" Also, if you do not have MSWINSCK.OCX in your c:\windows\system32 directory, then copy the file from the zip to that location and do a regsvr32 on it as well.

xEKG automatically populates its table as it receive heartbeats from xAP and xPL devices.  xPL sources show up with their standard source name, whereas xAP sources are prefixed with "xap."  Should you decide to monitor a source, mark its corresponding checkbox.  If you click save, the next time you restart xEKG, it will re-populate its list with devices you wish to monitor.

If a heartbeat from a monitored device has not been received in over 10 minutes, the device is timed out.  Its monitor box is unchecked and an osd.basic message is sent saying the source has timed out.

The columns are sortable by source name or last heartbeat time.

Requires installation of xAP Intranet OCX.
